Interview
Was contacted by recruiter to schedule phone call. The recruiter was very friendly but this is a phone interview so you need to do your research prior to the call. Be sure to have questions prepared and ask "what happens next?"
If you make it past the phone interview you will have a 1.5 hour in person interview. I met with two SMB sales managers and the Director of Sales. They are looking for someone who is after more than just a paycheck, you have to see the big picture and be excited about what the company is doing and how it aligns with your career ambitions. They do hundreds of interviews so you need to show your personality and accomplishments to stand out.
I received a phone call less than 24 hours later with an offer, i accepted.
For this role you have to be a licensed insurance broker and the test has to be completed and passed prior to your start date.

Interview
After submitting an online application with a referral from a friend who works there, I received a screening phone call. The call lasted about 10 minutes and we talked about the responsibilities of the job and my current experience.
I then went to Scottsdale a week later for a three person interview. Two managers and the sales director, all individually. They mostly wanted to talk about my past work, and why they love Zenefits. If you want the job, you have to act like it would be your life. Two of the three interviewers actually told me they bleed orange (the company color). Zenefits is their life, and if you don't seem as die hard, they probably won't hire you.
