Went to get coffee with the CEO. Very casual and conversational - primarily looking for good culture fit. instead of grilling me about resume or education, they were more interested in the group dynamic and conversational skills.

Tell me about your background and skills to make you a great project manager. Really did not have very many questions for me, they expected me to ask most if not all of the questions.
