The interview was mainly focused on personal questions rather than legal or technical ones. While I understand the importance of getting to know a candidate beyond academics, some of the questions went quite deep into my family background and personal history, which made me feel slightly uncomfortable to answer. I felt that the discussion could have been more balanced by including questions related to legal knowledge or professional interests.
