Interview
Was called for an interview about a week after applying. It was a Group interview with 2 other people. They asked normal interview questions. We had to participate in a roll play which was pretty nerve wracking. We took a personality test and after that we asked a few questions shook hands then left the interview. It was very laid back, I was nervous for no reason. I wore a burgundy tee shirt, khaki jeans a sweater and my zeno onyx superstars. Pretty laid back outfit compared to what the other interviewees wore but apparently it wasn't too laid back because I got the job!

Interview
I had 2 people to interview me. They were friendly. Asked me a lot of questions and listened to me carefully while making some notes. I answered about 20 questions in total and spent half an hour.

Remember a situation from your previous working experience when you made a mistake. How did you behave?
Not difficult why you want to work here, and what products you are familiar with. I would recommend looking into the company and dressing nice, not to mention don't be nervous.
Very straightforward and easy. Offered me the job on the spot. Everyone is nice and lighthearted. The interview asked basics like "tell me about a time when you gave great customer service"
