I applied online and got a call that evening to come in the next day. It was a group interview so you have to try hard to stand out. Try to answer the questions first so that you won't repeat anything that's already been said. Dress nice but not too nice. Try to look put together but still trendy. I think I got outshone by the other interviewees. Looking back at it, I see what I did wrong.
