Group Interview - there was a panel of interviewers that asked various questions to the group and you were expected to just start talking. A little awkward, as any group interview is, but it forces you to stand out and be courageous. They can tell when you are worth the hire.

Question 1
Have you ever had a sales goal in a past job? Explain.
15 min behavioral interview where I was asked things like , “how do you work on a team”, “why adidas”. Afterwards was asked if I wanted to work part time or full time.
The entire process was very easy and stress-free, with everything running smoothly from start to finish. Each step was clear, straightforward, and required minimal effort, which allowed me to stay relaxed and focused without feeling overwhelmed. It felt seamless and well-organized, making the experience both convenient and worry-free.
The interview was in person and simple. The questions asked were straight forward and easy to understand. The interview lasted for about 15 minutes and I was offered the job right after the interview
