I applied online. I interviewed at adidas (Hong Kong) in Jan 2018
Interview
I applied for the position in the Hong Kong office. The first round of interview was a video interview, where they ask basic questions. Then if ur qualified, they will ask you to come in for an interview with the HR manager and the managers that are in the department you are applying for. However, the communications was super awful as i was promised an interview within a week and it was rescheduled and i had no updates on that until i asked for it.

Interview
The process began with a CV screening, followed by a video interview, and then in‑person interviews. I was interviewing for two positions: Brand Communications and Marketing.
For the Brand Communications role, I completed a task and an interview, after which I was invited to interview with a different team. It later became clear, though never directly communicated to me, that the first team had selected someone else and passed my profile to another team. As a result, I had to complete a second task and interview for that team, but I never received any follow‑up or feedback about this position.
For the Marketing role, I had one in‑person interview (with no task required), received an offer, and accepted it.
Overall, I found the process quite long‑winded. In total, I went through five interviews (video and in‑person) and completed two tasks. I also found it unprofessional that I was never contacted about the Brand Communications position, especially after putting in so much time and effort.
Started with a one pager that you submit. Then if selected, you do a pre-recorded video interview which consisted of 3-5 questions. Then, if selected for the final pool of candidates which was around 4 people, then you do a final round panel interview with the hiring manager and one to two other people. Whole process took around a month. Super smooth and seamless process.
