Interview
I went in and met with the manager and right off the bat she said she loved my energy and could sense that I would be a great fit in the team. She asked me about my education background and simply when I could start.
In person interview at store with basic entry level job question. After the interview they will give you a call with an offer. The interview process was very typical for a retail job.

Very simple. Makes the conversation not just question and answer which was nice. They made it personal and weren’t just focused on the experience. It was in less of an intense environment and was one on one

Interview
You will be asked a series of questions regarding your experience, knowledge, and overcoming obstacles. Basically, Adidas wants to know: Why should we hire you? What do you know? What can you do for us? Are you a good fit for our store/company? You'll have a relatively informal conversation with two managers. Dress well (in some Adidas apparel) and be presentable/clean cut. Do not wear a competitors clothing or shoes (e.g. nike).
