I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at adidas (Holly Ridge, NC) in Nov 2021
Interview
Phone Screen Interview > 1:1 Interview > Panel Interview > 1:1 follow up for team member that missed the panel
Lots of practical questions, 1 assignment, and minor role play in panel interview
GREAT team and interview experience
Waited about 1-2 weeks for a decision post final interview, but the excitement that was built during interviews made it worth the wait

I applied online. I interviewed at adidas (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
Fairly long and difficult process, but I enjoyed it. I applied without a reference through their job posting. The first interview was a call with their internal recruiter, the second round was a virtual interview with the line managers for the position, the 3rd round was a virtual panel interview with the line managers + 2 other cross functional managers- I was required to prepare and present a case study in Power Point based on info they sent me 3 days prior, and finally the 4th interview was a virtual 1:1 with the director of the department.
Overall the experience was pretty pleasant and exciting. The interviewers were great people. The only downside is the process from start to finish is so long. It took almost 5 months to get my offer.
