apply through online, wait for 1 month for the phone interview. It is conducted by the team manager. The phone interview was around 30-40 min. It is semi-structured, involved some two way interaction.

the interview lasts for 30 min. conducted by the team manager. questions included: why adidas; why the department; why Germany; what kind of challenges you have faced before? etc.
Three rounds in total. The first round with HR. The second round with the hiring manager. The third round with a group interview, including the hiring manager, skip hiring manager, and business partners.
My interviews were rescheduled three times.

They got into quite a lot of detail over my personal background. I have 6 different interview with 4 of the team members. They went over what I would do and then gave me little challenges to get an idea of what I was capable of.
