Interview
It consist of covering basics of SQL syntax, coding experience to tech stack tool base questions. In some teams one use case study is also been given with very easy questions.

Designing data pipeline with proper CI/CD process for handling all SCD type of data in target lakehouse delta table.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at adidas (Porto, Oporto) in Feb 2026
Interview
1 hour HR screening followed by another 1 hour interview with the team manager (the interview is followed by a coding problem you have to solve in the next few days)

From the pillars of adidas which one do you think represents you better?
It’s easy interview. Case study round is there. It’s easy to solve. Look into data quality then there is discussion on the case study and then technical discussion then leadership round and then hr round discussion
3 round of interview were taken , technical then manager and then hr, they will ask mainly spark questions and about your experience , you need to be through with your project details
