The meeting was relatively brief, but it was a good opportunity to step outside and have a more casual conversation with the manager. We spent some time talking about my background and he asked me a few questions to get a better sense of who I am and what kind of person I am in different situations. It felt more like an informal chat than a typical interview, and we discussed my interests, past experiences, and what motivates me. This allowed him to get a better understanding of my personality and how I might fit in with the team.
15 min behavioral interview where I was asked things like , “how do you work on a team”, “why adidas”. Afterwards was asked if I wanted to work part time or full time.
The entire process was very easy and stress-free, with everything running smoothly from start to finish. Each step was clear, straightforward, and required minimal effort, which allowed me to stay relaxed and focused without feeling overwhelmed. It felt seamless and well-organized, making the experience both convenient and worry-free.
The interview was in person and simple. The questions asked were straight forward and easy to understand. The interview lasted for about 15 minutes and I was offered the job right after the interview
