Interview
I was really excited about the opportunity, but to be honest, I ended up feeling a bit disappointed. I was asked to participate in a group interview and had to travel all the way to Amsterdam, without any offer of transportation reimbursement (I had also emailed to ask if this was possible but received no response). After the interview, which lasted two hours, I didn't receive any feedback in the following days. I would have appreciated at least some kind of feedback, even if it was negative, considering the time and effort I invested.
I Went through two interviews once I was hired, I had to do a background check. And then I had to wait to get into the system. The process took 2/3 weeks.
The interview process for sales associate at Adidas was brief. The hiring manager interviewed us as a group of 3 outside the mall. We learned whether we would be moving forward the following day.
Sit down with employer and go over resume and explain your skills. Explain why you chose this job and why you would be a good fit. Was not a very hard interview process.
