Had 3 interviews, HR, Technical Lead, and Chief S. Chain officer, all interviews went really well. Starting w. HR, i had asked for a certain package, which they assured will be okay. After the 3 rounds, i get turned down because they dont have a budget for this package. They had decided to go for someone " less experienced and would not cost them as much!"

technical questions were not complicated,
negotiation style? what area would you be able to most improve upon? how soon would you be able to deliver results..
Simple questions regarding your resume and how you would be a good candidate for the job. Manager explained what the store needs and what they need to do. A lot of multitasking as well as talking to customers.
