This is the worst experience I have ever seen during my career.
My first call had 5 people on it, but no one told me about it. I mean, the energy you prepare for the call with an HR and with a random group of stakeholders is different. Most of the call was led by a Senior DevOps. For the following reply, I waited for approx.2week, and then almost a month for a call with the team as they had no time for an interview.
On the 2nd call with the team, they expected me to ask follow-up questions for 40min. No agenda before about it, glad I'm always well-prepared for it. I expected more clarity and questions from their PO, who was silent for the most of the call.
Then the ATS feedback was delivered: 'Unfortunately, ...'
1. Email from HR.
2. Call with the team (3ppl from the team, HR, Head of HR)
3. Call with the team (2ppl from the team, another PO, and Head of HR)
4. Dropped off (potential call with CEO).
Product K. is still a raw idea. No processes, rush Kanban,
No one told me the strategy or understanding of the CEO's needs, it was like demonstration performances. This is not the great idea to make a stress-test like that.
