Interview
Initial chat with the CTO. Discussed around what i'm doing , what i want and what the role entailed. Really nice guy and within 10 mins decided that the role wasn't what i wanted and what he needed. I pointed out the low glassdoor rating and he told me about the decision he made, which caused a retaliation. As a manager i'd had to do the same things and let go of non productive, toxic people so i understood. He seems like an open guy so i wouldn't put too much on the Glassdoor rating now
