They need drones so they barely ask you anything , it is a red flag. It was really quick . They didn’t go in depth as I believe they were looking for personality hires mostly . The jobs are barely data entry

Interview
After applying online, I was called by an HR Officer to schedule an interview. I was first interviewed by a Senior Underwriter and the HR Officer. After about a couple of weeks, I was called again for the 2nd round of interviews with the COO and Claims Manager. Waited for another week for them to inform me that I was not selected, but then no proper feedback was given.
