a talk with the interviewer about my experience and goals. they asked me to provide an example about how I helped with a project in the past, and what motivated me to apply for that company

After an initial screening with one consultant I went for the next round of interviews. It was held in the office with a junior IT implementation Consultant. They asked about my experience and my motivation. Although it was a nice interview, the feedback afterwards was so basic and generic. They didn't proceed with my application because based on the discussion they couldn't see my motivation. Coming from a employee that doesn't have a year yet in the company. Very disappointed with their process.
