The job selection process for the position as Senior Advisor took Eurelectric 4 months with 4 interviews. During salary negotiaions with the final candidate the association uncoordinatedly advertised the identical job position again with lower years of professional experience to depress the salary. The association claimed to offer salary negotiations, but was not willing at all to budget the salary. Upon request the final candidate was ghosted by eurelctric. Very unprofessional job selection process. The unprofessional selection process says a lot about the unpleasant corporate culture and its employees.
