Not very professional, no follow up, and a very unprepared HR basically reciting a speech learned by heart and couldn't deviate from it. No answers to email after follow up request

- Applied online via linkedin - Received invite for an interview - First stage interview with recruiter about a week later - Was told in the interview right at the very end when explaining the next steps that there were many candidates (5) already in the last stage of the interview process, so this would likely impact my progress. This made it unclear to me as to why I was even being interviewed - No further contact (3 weeks later now) - Overall a smooth process, but disappointing communicaton

Initial screening call with talent / people team. Video call interview with Ops team member & Head of Product. In person interview with COO & Head of HR. Prior to interview was given an assignment to prepare a business case (based on provided data/info pack) to be presented at interview.
