First they called me and invited me to the company for the interview 1. They gave me a question paper which had 15 Java and 5 Aptitude MCQ. 2. After which there was a technical interview which was overall easy mostly the questions asked were from java object oriented part then the interviewer said i had only scored 8 out of 15 in java in the written paper (which really made me to think how could i can score so less even though the questions were so so easy so i was really disappointed with my performance ) but the interviewer said i did well in the interview. 3. they called me again for the HR interview first the interview was going as like a normal interview with all those common HR questions then the real story started and all my doubts were cleared as the HR started with same that i have scored very less in java part of the paper (which was unacceptable to me TBH) so she said that i have to go through the java training first as there companies criteria is that if someone scored between 50 to 70% they give them training first (so this was ok for me) but then she said i have to deposit some amount for it (so now i got the answer why i only scored 50%) and she also said now only one seat left so i have to register ASAP ( Thinking like a big fool sitting in front ) . so my advise is simple just don't waste your time try in some other company if you are looking for work or if you just want training then thats your own choice. And i was not the only person who scored 50% even my friend who applied for android got the same result with same offer.
