Multiple interviews, panel interviews and final interviews. They ask about skills, personal values and such. You will get called back if successful after each round. Interviewers are easy to talk to, not a stressful process at all

Interview
Handed in a resume in store to the manager and received a call a few days later to come in for an interview. Was interviewed for 20 minutes in total. Received a call 4 days later with a job offer and told I'd receive everything via email.
