1. First they took a pen paper test. It had multiple choice questions and writing ABAP code on paper.
Multiple choice question were of medium difficulty.
For the ABAP codes they where focusing on OO ABAP. They designed question paper in such a way that its impossible to write the code without having SAP system as developer will need tables and technical field names from SE11. I asked to provide a system to do coding , they told they will arrange but were unable to arrange.
2.After the pen paper test a face-to-face interview was taken.
Interview was also of medium difficulty. In the end of interview i raised the concern that I was not given a system to code and its impossible to write code on paper without a system.
Interviewer told that selection will be based only on interview and not on the test.
They why they wasted time of people? I was surprised.
I asked about work and about company. Interviewer told me you will be moved to client location if you will be selected. I said can I ask client name. Interviewer told right now we dont have a client !!! Then why they were conducting the walk-in? such a waste of time.
3.After that selected people had managerial telephonic round.
I was informed that I got selected in face-to-face interview and I will have managerial telephonic round as manager was not available on weekend. I never got a call or any update from them and I was also not able to contact them as I was not having any contact number.
