I was invited for an interview for data engineer position. There was a session with HR rep. Introduction and general questionnaire about myself. Then a session with user, in this case is one of the PDs in the company. More specific questions regarding what I’ve done in the past related to the role or general topics as a professional. A week after that, they offered me a OL and I accepted the offer.

Fast and straight to the point, quick in responding messages and feedback, asking an average HR interview questions like your strengths and weaknesses, how you manage stress, working styles, etc.
