One of the worst hiring processes I’ve experienced. They call you from a number you can’t call back, so if you miss it, you just have to wait and hope they call again. The emails come from a no-reply address, leaving you with very limited ways to reach the company at any stage of the process.
The process consists of a first phone call, then an interview, followed by a technical test. During the interview, the recruiter tried to act nice, but they were late and visibly frustrated when they showed up.
The cherry on top was the technical test: vague, unclear, and given with an unreasonably short time frame. One of the exercises seemed poorly thought out, asking for something that didn’t really align with what’s realistically possible, raising red flags about whether it was even appropriate.
After submitting my solution, I was completely ghosted — no feedback, no follow-up, and no rejection email. Overall, a very unprofessional and frustrating process.
