There was a phone screen interview where I walked through my resume. We discussed my experience, where the company has been and where it is going, and the next steps in the interview process. After being selected to go further in the process, you are then given what they call a "logic exercise." In this exercise you use one of their products and answer questions on how to schedule in patient events. This part of the interview is tedious, where scheduling events and counting days back from others is time consuming and perhaps could be simplified with changes to their actual product.
There were a few people in addition to the hiring manager on my call, where the second interviewer left my call and did not conduct the second half of my interview. I emailed a few times later that week to follow up, but I never heard a response.
