Interrupting me while explain my resume: - Do you know what is this job about? because your profile make no sense. Afther that, second sentence said by IT representative: - I will be very sincere with you, I think you are still too junior for this position. - Do you know Java? (my resume of course don't say that so of course I don't know, and position is about Oracle tools) - So you really never took requisites from clients? (after explain I took requisites even tho I had team leaders that took general requisites first) - So you really don't have developed much (after explain I developed full user screens in Oracle tools) - So you only know Pl/SQL? because of course R is only for this statistical issues, not data management.
