The interview went well, and the the interviewer was a Very understaing guy his nature was very forgiving, sometimes as a fresher feels a little bit tensed or nervous.
But the interviewer also co-operated with me when i was struggling to speak English fluently

Interview
I cleared the interview process for SE, the process was done in so much hastle that one could easily guess something fishy down there.
After the process and even before issuing a formal offer letter, they started asking about my previous salary slips (including all previous appraisals), Manager reference number for verification and other documents.
Unethicalism has a limit but they crossed it and even dig inside each and every appraisal I have got in my whole career from the very start, they were doing this in the name of their unique hiring process.
At the last, I didn't join this company as to me trust matters. If you can't trust with the details given to you and ask for a documented proof and manager contact number even before giving someone an offer, it is too much.
