Howdy! Thanks for taking the time to leave us this review! It seems we're seeing a pattern that having our outside HR resource may be unexpected, so we've updated our outreach email to give candidates the heads up who they will be speaking with and what kinds of questions they'll be asked (and why). We have also made it clear what the next step after the initial screener is, so candidates have a clear understanding of when they will be asked about specific skills, or given more clarity on the role, company, etc.
