The interview process with Female Factor was a great experience. The atmosphere was warm and friendly, making me feel comfortable from the start. The interviewer was welcoming and professional, creating a space where I could express myself without feeling pressured. The conversation flowed naturally, and it felt more like a discussion than a formal interrogation. Overall, it was a positive and encouraging experience.

It was ok - little too many steps, which I do not really understand why the need, but ok. They really want someone who clicks with them. They were nice and thats it, Ido not know what else to write, but it has to be at least 30 works, so now I am just writing so I can go to the next step.

Awful experience in the hiring process. I applied on LinkedIn following the provided link. Few days later, I was contacted by the HR asking to fill in some more information which included creating a 90 sec video (!) with a self presentation. Passing that, I was hoping to be invited to an introduction interview but nothing like that. They sent another form to fill in with a bunch of questions. Most of them were quiet time-demanding (like describe a B2C and a B2B strategies for a product, create a LinkedIn Ads campaign with the visual and all the staff, etc). In my opinion, there was to much work to do without even knowing whether they are going to invite you, so I refused.

1. What's the one achievement you're most proud of when it comes to your digital marketing experience? 2. Create a customer persona for a potential b2b partner (aka company and their decision-maker) and propose a strategy to generate more qualified b2b leads from this persona. 3. The same for the B2C. 4. Craft a LinkedIn ad campaign to advertise any of our products/services targeting your persona. 5. Please craft a convincing google ad copy to target your persona. 6. Go to our website, pick one lead page of your choice and give at least 3 suggestions how it can be improved. 7. One of the main goals this year is to expand to even more countries. Pls, outline a brief strategy of how you would tackle this challenge from a digital marketing perspective and how would you target leads in new countries.
