If this was a question of how I can translate the role of legal advisor, then the answer would have been easier. But, it seemed asked whether I was willing to step down. I should have answered, perhaps, that I know the role and duties of a trustee (or something like that). Less

Very strange group of people. Initial phone interview was conducted by an HR lady who was late calling me by 15 minutes, she seemed tired, poorly motivated and overall wasn't too enthusiastic. The in person interview was a little silly, it felt as though they were interviewing a school leaver and not a professional. They did not go through my experience or past roles but essentially just asked irrelevant questions. It honestly felt like a waste of an hour of my time. The overall set-up of this bank is strange and doesn't feel 'right'. Less
