I am very disappointed to write such a review about a company. It was phone interview where the HR has spoken to me and the first round was done and he said that he will schedule my interview for the next round. After four days I got a call from the same company, a lady asking me which year passed out are you. I mentioned her that I'm 2015 passed out. She asked me one more question regarding my previous experience. I told her yes I worked in non technical domain. She just told me that she is looking for 2019, 2020, 2021 passed outs and just disconnected the call. I was really shocked by her behaviour. She didn't give me a chance to ask any question to her. She just disconnected. I just questioned myself that why did they qualified me for first round and again they called back and said that their requirement is different. Is this a joke played by the employer from that company? Is this the way candidates are hired in this company? Based on their moods? Don't they care about candidate ? Why do companies behave this way. If you do not require a candidate please do not call and speak rudely.
