Initial phone interview, followed by a face to face with 6 people whereby I was asked to deliver a presentation on customer retention. Following this is was then told I would hear back in a couple of days either way.... 2 weeks later and I’m still waiting.
Not a great impression of the company considering the work and effort put in to the presentation. Worst thing you can do is leave interviewees in limbo. Its okay if they’re not the right fit, but at least show common courtesy and let them know.
