Interview
I contacted via e-mail, the proccess was quick, they replied within days and invited me to an interview at the hostel. Once there they were friendly and outgoing. After the interview I was offered to go and see 1 day how they work. It was a good interview.
After applying by submitting my CV for the position, I attended a formal one-on-one interview held by the reception manager. I was then invited for a trial day and after accepting the job I had official training days with the manager.

Interview
The interview is done with the General Manager and the Reception Manager, it takes roughly 40 minutes. It includes the general question one would expect, about past experiences and language proficiency. Usage of Software tools and similar things.
