Job Description:
What we are looking for

Hands-on expertise in CI/CD, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, DigitalOcean), and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform.
Strong knowledge in managing Kubernetes (self-managed), Jenkins automation, repository/version control, and implementing code quality gates.
Proven experience supporting IT infrastructure components such as system setup, user onboarding/offboarding, access control, device provisioning, VPN setup, and troubleshooting.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins for seamless build, test, and deployment workflows.
Deploy and administer self-managed Kubernetes clusters ensuring high availability, auto scaling, and secure container orchestration.
Provide IT support across system provisioning, user access management, hardware/software setup, VPN configuration, and issue resolution.
Manage and optimize multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, DigitalOcean), ensuring cost-effective and resilient infrastructure.
Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform or similar IaC tools.
Maintain code repositories with structured workflows for staging, approvals, and production pushes.
Integrate tools for automated code quality checks and maintain development best practices.
Write scripts using Bash or Python to automate repetitive DevOps and IT tasks.
Set up monitoring, alerting, and logging using Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack for proactive infrastructure management.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
4+ years of DevOps and IT support experience in cloud environments.
Proficient in cloud services (AWS, Azure, DigitalOcean), Kubernetes, Jenkins, Docker, and IaC (Terraform).
Strong scripting ability (Bash/Python) and version control practices (Git).
Knowledge of IT support tasks including device setup, system access, user lifecycle management, and security protocols.
Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.
