Our 4-Level Evaluation Process

We don't believe a single interview can accurately measure someone's potential.

That's why STAP uses a multi-stage evaluation process designed to identify learning ability, adaptability, and growth potential.

Level 1 – AI Masterclass

Candidates begin with our introductory AI Masterclass, where they learn the fundamentals of modern artificial intelligence and gain exposure to the technologies shaping the future.

Level 2 – Complete AI Training Program

Participants undergo structured AI training covering practical concepts, tools, workflows, and problem-solving methodologies used in modern AI development.

Level 3 – Assessment Round

Candidates complete:

• A 10-minute Rapid Evaluation
• A 90-minute Aptitude and Problem-Solving Assessment

This stage evaluates:

• Learning ability
• Analytical thinking
• Adaptability
• Pattern recognition
• Logical reasoning
• Problem-solving skills

Level 4 – HR & Culture Round

Successful candidates will be invited to Pune for an in-person HR and culture-fit interview.
