Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, maintain CRM operations, and support client engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, CRM software knowledge, and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the CRM database with accurate customer and lead information
- Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution and support
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams to improve customer engagement and retention
- Conduct regular follow-ups with leads, clients, and business partners
- Generate reports and dashboards related to leads, conversions, and sales performance
- Track customer interactions and maintain proper communication records
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
- Assist in implementing CRM strategies to improve business growth and customer satisfaction
- Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external clients
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM, client servicing, or sales coordination
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms
Key Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of CRM software and reporting tools
- Customer relationship management and follow-up handling
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- MS Excel and reporting knowledge preferred
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in the Education or EdTech industry
- Basic understanding of AI and Robotics learning solution
