Role: Power Platform Developer
Experience: 3–6 Years
Location: Pune/Jaipur (Work from Office)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop end-to-end BI solutions using Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboards, optimization)
• Build and enhance apps & workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate
• Collaborate with backend teams (SQL) for data integration and transformation
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Participate in client discussions, present insights, and gather feedback
• Ensure data accuracy through validation and quality checks
• Troubleshoot and optimize Power Platform solutions
• Document workflows, designs, and releases for future scalability
• Drive continuous improvements and upgrades within the Power Platform ecosystem
• Provide training and mentorship to users and internal teams
• Eligibility & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field 3+ years of hands-on experience in BI, with strong expertise in Power BI
• Strong SQL and analytical problem-solving skillsGood communication and stakeholder management skills
