InterviewThe interview is a low pressure environment. The district manager and store manager are present and really just want to get to know you. Aldi is highly efficient and doesn't like to conduct interviews unless they are confident in the candidate on paper. If you got an interview and can show that you're friendly and a hard worker, you'll get an offer.
