I have been working at Box full-time (More than a year)
The biggest pro is the work culture and the people you get to work with - everyone is brilliant and open to new ideas/innovation. The product itself is constantly innovating with the ever-changing tech environment. The benefits and perks are top notch.
No 401k match at this point in time since Box is still a young and growing company.
Advice to Management
As Box grows, there are definitely some processes that could be streamlined within the business to become a more scalable organization as we grow.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Box (San Francisco, CA (US)) in January 2017.
Incredibly smooth and professional interview process. Two phone screens (one recruiter and one sales manager) and two in person interviews (one day of meeting co workers and managers and one giving a 30/60/90 presentation).
