I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Fifth Third (Cincinnati, OH) in Dec 2021

    Interview

This was for a job fair they were running, so the interview didn't last long. Essentially consisted of introducing yourself, briefly explained relevant experience, and answered only 2 "formal" questions given, using the S.T.A.R. Model. Interview ends by asking questions and basic overview of expectations for training.
    Interview

Describe a time when you had a conflict with another colleague. What steps did you take to resolve it?
