If I recall correctly there was a screening call & just one interview. The interview was in a branch, and it was real casual. Really just making sure you have the people skills needed in a customer facing role like this.
Two stages of interviews consisting of a phone screen, followed by three back to back interviews with the team in the location that you will be supporting. Good overall experience and some light technical questions.
