    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Intelliswift (Pune) in July 2020.

    Interview

I attended interview with them for Full Stack Developer. Please do not waste your time interviewing with them , if you urgently need of any job. There are four rounds of interview. 2 technical, 1 techno-managerial and 1 HR round. Interview process will take 2 weeks. Once you clear all the rounds, there will be a salary discussion. Post that, the HR stops responding to your calls and mails. After a week, they respond saying that the profile is on hold, as the positions are not available anymore. In spite of clearing all the rounds, there is no offer in hand. This is highly unprofessional behavior and simply wastage of your energy and time. Also they don't have a fixed salary date. so there is always a delay. Its a Big NO from my end. Just don't invest your time and efforts . Not worth it.
