I have been working at PointClickCare (Less than a year)
The company offers great benefits including free snacks and fruits and work from home policy.
Uses Java Spring stack, which might not be too exciting for young people.
I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at PointClickCare (Mississauga, ON (Canada)).
I applied online and was contacted by email from HR to schedule a phone interview. The interview was informal and the recruiter provided an overview of the role and asked about my work experience and salary expectations. I was invited to an in-person interview then but received confirmation a few days later. The in-person interview was with the manager of the group. It lasted about an hour and was very informal. I felt she wanted to get to know me (personally and professionally) and explain the needs of the team. She mentioned the interview process is many rounds. HR followed up two weeks later and said they were still going through interviews. The next week I received a rejection email.
Gender diversity and the equitable treatment of women in a workplace isn’t just a women’s issue or an HR issue. It’s a business issue. And here's why.
Great rea d by our EVP, Sarah Bettencourt, on what PointClickCare is doing to reach gender parity.
