Food for thought. Thoughts for action! That sums up the 2024 all-employee townhall with our MD and SVP, Kaushik Swarawgi and the entire leadership team. Where people-culture is core to how a business operates, transparent and two-way communication is key. Which is why, in addition to regular team and division-level townhalls and meetings, the annual townhall with leadership has so much energy and the Q&A sessions brim with questions. ...Show more
