    Brand Marketing Executive Interview

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at WebEngage (Mumbai) in February 2020.

    Interview

My interview for the position of Brand Marketing Executive was quite thorough and comprehensive. The company values its culture and is critical to onboard any new talent. It was a well-structured series of rounds of skill analysis and test of my motivation. Involving a brain-storming session with the manager, was a key factor to bring the ideas off my head raw and bold. They were good at their analysis job and they had correct measures to judge that.
