- Accessible leadership (a two way constructive discussion). - Fantabulous culture (An extremely smart and a learned team, always ready to share ideas and help). - EXPOSURE!!! Be it cross function learning or the client side of things. - Growth opportunities (with the new funding, it's literally a rocket ship ready to launch).

This place used to have a good work culture Teammates are friendly

Management doesn't know anything about managing employees there is no sense of employee empathy Dictatorship is being followed here I wish I could call out people here but myy ethics don't allow me. Nearly 10-15 members within one single team, quit because of management. This data is over a span of less than a year. Imagine the toxicity :)
