Easy to get in touch/communicate with managers, a little bit more relaxing atmosphere then working in public sector, nice working atmosphere, nice offices
Cons
Lower pay comparing to public sector, a lot of responsibility for nurses due to big shortage of educated colleagues, best people usually move forward to another jobs quickly
