        - The company has long-term planning, stable product, and is owned by Dassault Systemes, which gives it access to many industries and customers. - Colleagues and management are competent and easy-going.

        Cons

        - Salary is not quite competitive - There is a push to move everything to the cloud, which may not be everyone's cup of tea
