      4 year service must otherwise the not will not provide experience certificate

      Cons

      "The management style at this company is extremely poor. Employees are often overworked and undervalued, with little regard for work-life balance or respectful communication. The leadership tends to treat staff more like laborers than professionals, which creates a toxic and demoralizing work environment. I would not recommend this company for long-term career growth or employee well-being."

      Pros

      1. On time salary payment. Never once was delayed.

      Cons

      A dead end job. They do not know how to treat people. They think that the more time you work the more productive you are. They monitor your in and out times very keenly. They do not give hikes at all and even if they did that would be very less.

      4A Design make me to learn new things and its shows my career growth, lovely atmosphere, best place to work, amazing management for all level support.

      In 4A Design there is no downwards, everytime i feel its a bigship for my future.
